Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) to provide modeling and advanced analysis on traffic and crash data to support the Safe Streets and Roads for All program for Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from grants trust fund account 6029400490.54205.00.

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
