Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:  

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Jones & Bartlett Learning, LLC, in an amount not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FOUR DOLLARS AND NINTY-NINE CENTS ($5,704.99) for payment of books for the Training Academy Recruit Class 134. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account 11101.250000.56.56151.2025.
