Resolution amending Resolution No. 917 of 2002 entitled: Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-14539, from Paul's Lookout Inc., 2627 Skyline Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122-3552 to SSG Group Inc, for the Seventh Street Grille, located in the Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461 by making typographical correction and changing the name from the Seventh Street Grille to the Hot Metal Grille.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Amending Resolution No. 917 of 2002 so that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby endorse the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-14539, from Paule's Lookout, Inc., 2627 Skyline Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122-3552 to SSG Group Inc, for the Seventh Street Grille Hot Metal Grille located in the Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
SECTION 2. Request for Approval
SSG Group Inc., c/o Seventh Street Grille, which has a mailing address of 130 Seventh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R14539, which is currently registered to Seventh Street Grille, Paule's Lookout Inc., desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premises to be known as Seventh Street Grille Hot Metal Grille, Southside Works 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The proposed interior of the premises will be containing approximately Six Thousand Twelve (6,012) square feet of first floor area of said address.
SECTION 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning SSG Group Inc., as the secured creditor of Seventh Street Grille Hot Metal Grille, located at Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
SECTION 4. Approval or Denial of Request
After the Public Hearing and within 45 days of the introduction of this Resolution, City Council shall render a decision to approve or disapprove of SSG Group Inc.'s request for inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license. City Council must approve SSG Group Inc.'s request unless it finds that approval would adversely affect the welfare, health, peace and morals of the City of Pittsburgh or its residents.
