Be it resolved by the Council of the City f Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule for 2005 shows the increase in pool fees required by Act 47 Plan Initiative PR06:

FIELD PERMITS
• $16 per hour (non-lighted, adult)
• $20 per hour (lighted, adult)

• $6 per hour (lighted, youth under 18 years of age)]
Field permits for youth under 18 years of age shall be free; however, the Director reserves the right to revoke permits for indiviudals or groups that fail to comply with all permit terms including the failure to utilize fields during all requested times.
