Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplemental Agreement or Agreements with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson for costs associated with the Final Design phase of the West Carson Street Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Twenty-One Cents ($1,378,913.21), an increase of Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Seventy-One Cents ($790,914.71) from the previously authorized agreement, reimbursable at 95%.
