Resolution amending Resolution No. 804, approved December 5 1997, amending Resolution No. 587, approved July 18, 1995 entitled "AmendignResolution No. 668 approved July 9, 1990 entitled providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "R" in the Bloomfield community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549," so as to amend the streets included in Area "R".

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 804, approved December 5, 1997, which provides for streets included in Area "R" and which presently reads as follows:

Within the area bounded by: Fisk, from Penn to Howley; Canoe Way, from Clement Way to a point approximately 80 feet north of Cabinet Way; Cabinet Way from 40^th Street to Main; Howley, from Fisk to Main; Clement way from Fisk to Main including only 4051, 4053, 4059, 4061, and 4069 Liberty Avenue; Mintwood, from 40^th Street to Fisk; Ella, from Panama Way to Minerva; Orwell way, from Panama Way to end; Taylor from Panama Way to end; Sapling Way, from Panama Way to end; Pearl, from Panama Way to end; Panama Way from Ella to Pearl; Idaline, from Ella to Pearl; Garnet Way, from Liberty to end; and Minerva, from Ella Street to Pearl; the south side of Penn Avenue from 40^th Street to Fisk Street; 40th Street from Cabinet Way to Woolslayer Way.  

IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
