Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right of Way, and Construction phases of the Liberty Ave Highway Safety Improvements Program (HSIP); providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-One Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($14,883,151.93) an increase of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($1,977,595.93) from the previously authorized amount, reimbursable at eighty percent.
