Section 2. The amended allocations shall be used as follows:
- Allegheny City Center Association: Surveillance camera
- Allegheny Cleanways: cleaning hillsides and dumpsites on public property
- Allegheny West: Garbage cans ($5,000), Streetscape improvements ($2,500), surveillance camera ($5,500)
- Brightwood Civic Group: Surveillance camera
- Community Alliance of Spring Garden East Deutschtown (CASGED): Surveillance camera
- Deutschtown Development Corp: Streetscape improvements, lighting decorations, and related hardware.
- Flowers for Riverview Park (DPW): utilized by the Department of Public Works, in conjunction with Observatory Hill Inc, for flowers and landscaping at Riverview Park
- Observatory Hill: Surveillance camera
- Perry Athletic Soccer: uniforms and equipment
- Summer Hill Citizens Council: Surveillance camera
- Troy Hill Citizens Inc: Surveillance camera façade improvements
