Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and/or the Director of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety and/or the Director of the Bureau of Police are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 1 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job #0141001012.

Section 2. The funds allocated to the Brighton Heights Citizens Federation shall be used by said group for any activity or expense that is otherwise eligible for use with Neighborhood Needs funds.
Section 3. The funds allocated to the Northside Leadership Conference shall be used by said group for any activity or expense that is otherwise eligible for use with Neighborhood Needs funds.
Section 4. The funds allocated to Shotspotter Cameras shall be utilized by the Department of Public Safety and/or the Bureau of Police for SUPPLEMENTAL Shotspotter Surveillance cameras in the neighborhoods of Brighton Heights; Brightwood; Allegheny City Center; Allegheny West; East Allegheny; Spring Garden; Spring Hill City View; Summer Hill; Observatory Hill, and; Troy Hill.
