Title
Resolution amending Resolution 306 of 2007, effective May 30, 2007, entitled "Resolution authorizing cooperation agreement or agreements not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty thousand ($350,000) dollars to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities" by increasing the amount from $350,000 to $950,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 306, effective May 30, 2007, which currently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty thousand ($350,000) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following Code Account chart fields: Organization Code: 840000; Account: 500000; Fund 2610; Sub-Class: C2007; Project: 2255899; Budget Year 2007, Capital Equipment Acquisition with the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution."
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for the purchase of vehicles, radios and equipment for use by the City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Fifty thousand ($950,000) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following Code Account chart fields: Organization Code: 840000; Account: 500000; Fund 2610; Sub-Class: C2007; Project: 2255899; Budget Year 2007, Capital Equipment Acquisition with the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority.
