Resolution amending Resolution No. 43, effective February 15, 2000 entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, for the Renovation of Recreation Centers and Senior Citizen Centers; providing for the purchase of equipment and materials for said projects; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 43, effective February 15, 2000, which presently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into Contract or Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, for the Renovation of Recreation Centers and Senior Citizen Centers; providing for the purchase of equipment and materials for said projects at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:

is hereby amended to read as follows:
