Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 6 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Central Northside community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 6, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:
1. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial all that certain property bounded by: Armandale Street, Cameo Way, Mero Street, Brighton Road and lots numbered 301 and 319, block 23-E in the Allegheny County lot and block system, 25th Ward.
2. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R1A-H" Residential Single Unit Attached High Density all that certain property bounded by: North Taylor Avenue, Sherman Avenue, Eloise Street and Dovers Way, 22nd Ward.
3. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R1A-VH" Residential Single Unit Attached Very High Density all that certain property bounded by: Perrysville Avenue, Federal Street, Henderson Street, Fountain Street, Porterfield Street, McKirdy Way, Sandusky Street, Hemlock Street, lots numbered 207, 209, 210, 211, 212 and 213, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, Press Way, lot number 218, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, Parkhurst Street, Balph Way, McBrier Way, lot number 258, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, East North Avenue, Boyle Street, Citron Way, Hazlip Way, Mace Way, Federal Street, Jacksonia Street, Charlick Way, Sampsonia Street. Reddour Street, Eloise Street, Arch Street, West North Avenue, Sherman Avenue, North Taylor Avenue, lot number 183, block 23-J in the aforesaid system, Sampsonia Way, lot number 144, block 23-J in the aforesaid system, Jacksonia Street, Cameo Way, Armandale Street, lot number 300, block 23-E in the aforesaid system, Brighton Road, that line projected in an easterly direction from the center line of Brighton Road to the center line of Buena Vista Street, Buena Vista Street, O'Hern Street, lot number 80, block 23-E in the aforesaid system, Jefferson Street, Saturn Way, Stiles Way, lots numbered 42 and 45, block 23-F in the aforesaid system, Arch Street, Lane Way and lots numbered 201 and 200, block 23-B in the aforesaid system, 22nd and 25th Wards.
4. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "H" Hillside District all that certain property bounded by: O'Hern Street, Perrysville Avenue, lots numbered 199 and 224, block 23-B in the aforesaid system, Lane Way, Arch Street, lots numbered 91 and 41, block 23-F in the aforesaid system, Stiles Way, Saturn Way, Jefferson Street and lots numbered 81 and 35, block 23-E in the aforesaid system, 25th Ward.
5. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial all that certain property bounded by: Eloise Street, lot number 413, block 23-K in the aforesaid system, West North Avenue and Arch Street, 22nd Ward.
6. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "NDO" Neighborhood Office District all that certain property bounded by: Hemlock Street, Sandusky Street, East North Avenue, lot number 257, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, McBrien Way, Balph Way, Parkhurst Street, lot number 219, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, Press Way and lot number 206, block 23-L in the aforesaid system, 22nd and 25th Ward.
