Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 293, effective May 15, 2002, as amended by Resolution No. 28, effective February 14, 2003, entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts; providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or for the use of existing Agreements; in connection with the Neighborhood Street Improvements; and providing for the payment of the cost thereof," by decreasing the total project allocation by $25,000.00 from $930,000.00 to $ 905,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 293, effective May 15, 2002, as amended by Resolution No. 28, effective February 14, 2003, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts; to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements; in connection with Neighborhood Street Improvements, at a cost not to exceed $930,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
