Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 568, effective September 28, 2012, entitled "Providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the administration of certain projects and programs, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $3,535,000" by increasing the Neighborhood Business and Economic Development line item by $200,000 for a total of $700,000. The total cost of all projects will not exceed $3,735,000. (Council Districts: All).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 568, effective September 28, 2012, which currently reads as follows:
"Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the certain programs and projects, providing the waiver of permit fees for contractors retained by URA in the construction of any public improvements, the payment to URA of an administrative fee of 10% of the amount transferred and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Three Million Five Hundred Thirty-five Thousand ($3,535,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
