Resolution amending Resolution No. 270, effective May 19, 2017 entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief and Director of City Planning to enter into a grant agreement with the City Energy Project, a program of the Natural Resources Defense Council and Institute for Market Transformation to receive funding to support (1) energy consultant advisor (2) Participation in the City Energy Project and (3) the development of a city-wide energy efficiency policy and programs.”

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Sections 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 270, effective May 19, 2017, which presently reads as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the City Energy Project for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of $54,000. These funds will be used to support (1) an Energy Advisor consultant (2) participation in the City Energy Project and (3) the development of citywide energy efficiency policy and programs. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into JDE Acct # 0329400194.48311.00
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the City Energy Project outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed $54,000 chargeable to and payable from JDE Acct # 0329400194.50000.00.
