Title
Resolution amending Resolution 277 of 2001 effective May 4, 2001 transferring the amount of $150,000.00 from Trust & Agency 581130 account, Budget Year 2001, in the City Clerk's Office to Miscellaneous Services Professional 526100 account, Budget Year 2001, in the City Controller's Office for the purpose of establishing a program for the Controller to engage, hire or consult with, including but not limited to, qualified legal experts, appraisal experts in residential real estate, volunteers, interns and students for the purpose of offering free assessment appeal services to residential home owners whose property value is $150,000 dollars or less, and those services shall include but not be limited to, assistance in filling our and filing forms, information gathering and case preparation at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.

Be it resolved that the Council fo the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. of Resolution No. 277, effective May 4, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
Resolution transferring the amount of $150,000.00 from Trust & Agency 581130 account, Budget Year 2001, in the City Clerk's Office to Miscellaneous Services-Professional 526100 account in the City Controller's Office for the purpose of establishing a program for the Controller to engage, hire or consult with, including but not limited to, qualified legal experts, appraisal experts in residential real estate, volunteers, interns and students for the purpose of offering free assessment appeal services to residential home owners whose property value is $150,000 dollars or less, and those services shall include but not be limited to, assistance in filling out and filing forms, information gathering and case preparation at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
Resolution transferring the amount of $150,000.00 from Trust & Agency 581130 account, Budget Year 2001, in the City Clerk's Office to Miscellaneous Services-Professional 526100 account in the City Controller's Office for the purpose of establishing a program for the Controller to engage, hire or consult with, including but not limited to, qualified legal experts, appraisal experts in residential real estate, volunteers, interns and students for the purpose of offering free assessment appeal services to residential home owners whose property value is $150,000 dollars or less, and those services shall include but not be limited to, assistance in filling out and filing forms, information gathering and case preparation and increasing the resolution by $9,800.00 to read at a cost not to exceed $159,800.00 chargeable and payable from the following:
