Resolution amending Resolution 846-2023, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with The Wilson Group for the lease of multifunction devices and managed print services, to include MFDs, all related hardware (integrated and standalone), support, maintenance and supplies, software, related services and solutions, by increasing the approved amount by Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($1,870,000) over 4 years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburg as follows:
Resolution 846-2023, “The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with The Wilson Group for the lease of multifunction devices and managed print services, to include MFDs, all related hardware (integrated and standalone), support, maintenance and supplies, software, related services and solutions, at a cost not-to-exceed One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000) over 4 years” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with The Wilson Group for the lease of multifunction devices and managed print services, to include MFDs, all related hardware (integrated and standalone), support, maintenance and supplies, software, related services and solutions, by increasing the approved amount by Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($1,870,000) over 4 years.
