Resolution amending Resolution No. 769 approved August 24, 1983, entitled "Providing for implementation of a Residential Sticker Parking Program in the Lawrenceville community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code, Chapter 549" so as to retain the current limit on visitor's pass usage.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 769 approved August 24, 1983, which provides for the parking management plan for in Area "A" and which presently reads as follows:
Motorize vehicles parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for vehicles displaying a valid zone "A" residential or visitors' permit and vehicle registration or to a person who owns or leases commercial property; and that residential parking permits be sold only to legal residents who have a valid that residency be verified by a valid lease, current tax or utility bill or a valid driver's license; and that the fee for the residential parking permit shall be five (5) dollars for the six (6) month pilot program; and that one (1) visitor's permit shall be issued to each eligible parking permit applicant and at a cost of one (1) dollar for each eligible household without a car.
is hereby amended to read as follows;

Use of the visitors' pass shall be limited to no more then five consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle.
