Resolution amending Resolution 930 of 2024, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the administration of 2025 PAYGO-funded projects and programs, by adding the “Land Bank Personnel” deliverable and increasing the total not to exceed amount by One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($157,175) to One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($1,257,175.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 930 of 2024, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the administration of certain 2025 PAYGO-funded projects and programs, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof at a not to exceed One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00),” is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake 2025 PAYGO-funded programs and projects at an amount not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($1,257,175.00), subject to budget appropriation by City Council.
