Resolution Amending Resolution 086-06, effective date March 1, 2006, entitled Contracts to develop and implement various Recycling Education and Collection campaign programs, and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $183,888.00

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Res. 086-06, effective March 1, 2006, which presently reads as:
Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the hiring of a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Environmental Organization known as The Pennsylvania Resource Council (PRC) to assist in the development and implementation of recycling education and collection program at public events and school transition events and related collection equipment and materials under a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania funded Grant Program in conjunction with the City's recycling Program, and provide for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred and eighty three Thousand eight hundred eighty eight ($183,888.00) Dollars, 100% of which will be reimbursed by Commonwealth Recycling Program Grants #902-175-04 and #902-131-05, chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org 430000, Sub-class 600, Account 525500, Budget Year 2006, within the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works.
Is hereby amended to read as:
Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the hiring of Danielle Crumrine and PA Cleanways to assist in the development and implementation of recycling education and collection program at public events and school transition events and related collection equipment and materials under a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania funded Grant Program in conjunction with the City's recycling Program, and provide for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred and eighty three Thousand eight hundred eighty eight ($183,888.00) Dollars, 100% of which will be reimbursed by Commonwealth Recycling Program Grants #902-175-04 and #902-131-05, chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org 430000, Sub-class 600, Account 525500, Budget Year 2006, within the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works.
