Section 1. Amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by transferring $5,500 from District 1 Neighborhood Needs Projects and adding that amount to Observatory Hill Inc for Old Allegheny Soccer as per the "Revised Budget" column.

SECTION 2. Observatory Hill Inc and Old Allegheny Soccer shall use the $5,000 to procure a storage shed and storage equipment for their soccer program. Any funds remaining after the purchase of the storage equipment shall go towards other soccer equipment.
