Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 689, effective October 29, 1999, entitled "Authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the cable communications franchise renewal process; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," as amended by Resolution No. 146 of April 7, 1997 by increasing the total project allocation by $12,000 from $73,579.14 to $85,579.14.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 689, effective October 29, 1999, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the cable communications franchise renewal process, in the amount of Sixty Thousand ($60,000)."

is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the telecommunications franchise renewal process, at a cost not to exceed $85,579.14 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
