Section 1.
AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by transferring $2,000 from District 1 Neighborhood Needs Projects and adding that amount to Observatory Hill Inc-Old Allegheny Soccer as per the "Revised Budget" column.

SECTION 2. Pursuant to Resolution 650 of 2013, Observatory Hill Inc and Old Allegheny Soccer are authorized to use "$5,000 to procure a storage shed and storage equipment for their soccer program. Any funds remaining after the purchase of the storage equipment shall go towards other soccer equipment." The additional $2,000.00 of this resolution shall be utilized for materials, equipment, and other soccer related supplies.
