Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 3 and 7 by changing various zoning district classifications in the West End neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 3 and 7 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number – block number – lot number.

 

 

1.                     From "PO Parks and Open Space" to "LNC Local Neighborhood Commercial" all certain property bounded by Neptune Street, 6-A-143, Saw Mill Run, and 19-H-269

 

2.                     From "PO Parks and Open Space" to "LNC Local Neighborhood Commercial" all certain property bounded by 19-M-114, 19-M-112, 19-M-110, 19-M-151, 19-M-105, 19-M-104, 19-M-103, 19-M-102, 19-M-101, 19-M-100, and Wabash Street.

 

3.                     From "UI Urban Industrial," "PO Parks and Open Space," and "LNC Local Neighborhood Commercial" to "H Hillside" all certain property bounded by Steuben Street, Carson Street, South Main Street, Saw Mill Run Boulevard, I-279, Banksville Road Ramp, 19-S-195, Greentree Road, Kearns Street to Freewalt Street, Greentree Road, Corinth Street, 19-S-195, 5-A-80, Woodville Street, Minotte Street, 5-A-54, I-279 Ramp, Saw Mill Run Boulevard, 5-A-4, Saw Mill Run Boulevard, 6-N-100, 19-M-98, Saw Mill Run, Independence Street, 19-M-146, Saw Mill Run, South Main Street, 6-A-86, and 6-A-35.
