Title
Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for City of Pittsburgh owned parcels in the 24th Ward to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for right-of-way expansion and improvement to State Route 28, Section A-10.
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas; Said properties are no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh.
Whereas; The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation requires this property for right-of-way expansion and improvement to State Route 28, Section A-10.
Now, therefore be it resolved that the Director of Finance or the Mayor of The City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed in form approved by the City Solicitor to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation the following described properties all being in Council District No. 1:
