Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor, Director of the Department of Finance, City Controller and City Solicitor, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreement or Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase, implementation, on-going hosting and support of a financial reporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at a cost not to exceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) chargeable to the following:

Section 2.  This resolution and authorization is contingent upon receipt of all funds from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to the agreement of sale by and between the City of Pittsburgh and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services for the property at 660 First Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (Municipal Courts Building).  The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has agreed to purchase the Municipal Courts Building for $9,000,000 (Nine Million Dollars).
