Resolution further amending Resolution No. 38, effective February 15, 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 509 effective July 17, 2000 entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants in connection with the Final Design of the Reconstruction of Fort Pitt Boulevard/Interstate Connector; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the total project allocation by $507,940.00 from $4,710,000 to $5,217,940.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 38, effective February 15, 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 509, effective July 17, 2000, which presently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants in connection with the Final Design of the Reconstruction of Fort Pitt Boulevard/Interstate Connector at a cost not to exceed $4,710,000.00 chargeable to the following:
