Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 402, effective June 14, 2000, entitled, "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements for Design Services and Project Management Services in connection with the Forbes Avenue/Market Street Improvements; providing for a reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of costs thereof," by reducing the amount by $318,911 in 1999 City Bond funds.

Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution 402, effective June 14, 2000, which currently reads:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for Design and Project Management Services in connection with the Forbes Avenue/Market Street Improvements at a cost not to exceed $2,100,000.00 chargeable to and payable from:
