Resolution further amending Resolution No. 98/2001, as amended by Res. 634/2001 entitled "Resolution Providing for an Agreement/s, or Contract/s, with a consultant, vendors and/or contractors for planning and/or implementing costs of the Trail Development Projects, and related projects" so as to expand on who may enter into agreement(s) and/or contract(s) and increase the cost by $172,374 for a total cost of $1,558,174.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 98 effective March 16, 2001, as amended by Resolution No. 519 effective July 30, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $1,385,800, chargeable to and payable from 2001 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2001."
Is amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of City Planning, General Services and Engineering and Construction on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $1,385,800 $1,558,174, chargeable to and payable from 2001 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2001.
