Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, and Construction phases of the City Steps Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($9,870,000.00), a net increase of Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($7,220,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%. The funding increase to the Construction phase to be paid from the following accounts:
