Resolution amending Resolution 130 of 2025, which amended Resolution 603 of 2024, by authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Fisher Phillips, LLP, in connection with issues involving labor disputes, by increasing the approved amount by Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($275,400) for a new amended total cost not-to-exceed Four Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($485,400.00) over two (2) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Fisher Phillips LLP, in connection with issues involving labor disputes, at a cost not-to-exceed Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars over two (1) years.” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Fisher Phillips LLP for previous and current legal services in connection with labor disputes, by adding an additional Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($275,400), for a new amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($485,400.00,) charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
