Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 68, effective February 22, 2005, as amended by Resolution No. 457, effective July 27, 2005, which presently reads as follows:
 
" The Mayor or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, a Contract or Contracts or to use existing Contracts, and providing for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment in connection with the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Various Park Facilities at a cost not to exceed $1,115,794.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
