Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by transferring $7,800 from District 1 Neighborhood Needs Projects, by adding $7,800 to the Community Alliance Spring Garden East Deutschtown (CASGED) St. Michael’s and All Angels Church, adding $5,000 to the New Hope of Neighborhood Renewal project for the Kitchen of Grace and by adding $15,932.85 to the War Memorials project per the “Revised Budget” column.

Section 2. The funds allocated to the Community Alliance Spring Garden East Deutschtown (CASGED) St. Michael’s and All Angels Church shall be utilized to repair the air conditioner and HVAC system at their community center.
Section 3. A total of $5,000 that is allocated to the New Hope for Neighborhood Renewal/The Kitchen of Grace project shall be utilized to install a Hood/Ansul system pursuant to required City zoning requirements. This $5,000 is in addition to the $6,000 that was allocated for the repair of the kitchen’s walk in cooler by resolution 852 of 2015.
Section 4. The additional funds allocated to the War Memorials project satisfies Section 3 of Resolution 411 of 2010, which reads: Any proceeds received by the City in legal settlement of recent damage to the war memorial located in Troy Hill shall replace Council District 1 neighborhood needs monies advanced for such repair and that money shall be transferred to this Trust Fund. The City Controller’s Office and the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to increase this capital budget line item within the JDE financial system, and to conduct any transfers needed to satisfy the legislative intent of this resolution and resolution 411 of 2010.
