Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The City of Pittsburgh (“City”) is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute such documents and deed in form approved by the City Solicitor, and take all steps legally required to convey the following described property having been placed for sale by offering said property to adjoining property owners in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh Side Yard Program, for the sum of $200.00 per parcel.  Said sale being made under Act No. 171 of 1984, entitled, “Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act”, effective December 11, 1984. . ITEMS A through I: A: 0 Webster Avenue (Council District No. 6), B: 0 Webster Avenue (Council District No. 6), C: 408 N Mathilda Street (Council District No. 9), D: 6739 Atwell Street (Council District No. 9), E: 5 Tecumseh Street (Council District No. 5), F: 400 Marlow Street (Council District No. 2), G: 29 Conestoga Street (Council District No. 2), H: 1022 High Street (Council District No. 1), I: 0 Holbrook Street (Council District No. 1)
