Title
Resolution repealing Resolution No. 607 effective, August 1, 2003, entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the design of upgraded traffic signals and traffic control throughout the Central Business District; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $400,000."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 607 effective, August 1, 2003, which presently reads,
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for engineering services related to the design of upgraded traffic signals and traffic control in and near the Central Business District, at a cost not to exceed $400,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the Federal Government's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh, in connection with the CBD Signal Upgrades."
