Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-Of-Way, and partial Construction phases of the Allegheny River Green Boulevard Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00), reimbursable at 80%.
