Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Resolution No. 33 of 2002 effective February 12, 2002, which currently reads as follows:

 

                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or use and existing Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of purchasing sound level monitoring equipment and providing training for the enforcement of the City Ordinance on Noise Control at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):

The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety and/or Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or use existing Contract(s) or enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the provision of services, supplies, training and/or equipment for the implementation and enforcement of the City Ordinance on Noise Control at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
