Title
Resolution accepting the dedication of certain streets in Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, accepting the grading, paving, lighting, curbing and traffic signals, and fixing the width and position of the roadway and sidewalk thereof. (Council District 9).

Whereas, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, owner of certain property in Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate certain streets to the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The dedication of the following streets and utilities is hereby accepted:
(a) Station Street - Part of Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots:
All that certain lot or piece of ground to be known as Station Street, having a 50' Right-of-Way, and as shown on Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bound and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly Right-of-Way of Collins Avenue (70' R/W), at the Northwest corner of land now or formerly of Missionary Temple Church of God in Christ; thence along Collins Avenue R/W line, N 33○ 23' 09.6” E 61.66 feet to a point on the lands of Parcel 2 of Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots; thence along the southern line of Parcel 2 by a curve deflecting to the left with an inside radius of 10.00 feet and an arc distance of 16.92 feet with a chord bearing of S 15○ 05' 14.4” E 14.97'; thence continuing along the southern line of Parcel 2 S 63○ 33' 38.4” E 183.55 feet to a point; thence along the Southerly line of Parcel 2 and Public Road B by a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 300.00 feet and an arc length of 120.17 feet with a chord bearing of S 52○ 05' 07.8” E 119.37' to a point; thence along Parcel 3 S 40○ 36' 37.2” E 190.68 feet to a cul-de-sac on Larimer Place; thence along Larimer Place Right-Of-Way line by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 40.00 feet and an arc length of 63.24 feet with a chord bearing of S 39○ 26' 11.3” W 56.86'; thence along Larimer Place Right-of-Way line S 49○ 54' 21.6” W 9.14 feet; thence along Parcel 1 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 15.00 feet and an arc length of 23.70 feet with a chord bearing of N 04○ 38' 52.2” E 21.31'; thence along Northern line of Parcel 1 N 40○ 36' 37.2” W 185.43 feet; thence along the Northern line of Parcel 1 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 250.00 feet and an arc length of 100.14 feet with a chord bearing of N 52○ 05' 07.8” W 99.47'to the westerly property corner of the now or formerly Missionary Temple Church of God in Christ; thence along Northerly line of the N/F Missionary Temple Church of God in Christ N 63○ 33' 38.4” W 200.93 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 24,765 square feet, (0.569 acres) to be dedicated for street purposes and utilities.
(b) Public Road B - Part of Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots:
All that certain lot or piece of ground to be known as Public Road B, having a variable width right-of-way, and as shown on Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bound and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on a curve deflecting to the right with a 300'radius being the Northerly Right of Way line on Public Road A (Station Street); thence along Parcel 2 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 20.00 feet and an arc length of 35.87 feet with a chord bearing of N 76○ 37' 50.6” E 31.25 feet; thence along Parcel 2 and 3 N 25○ 15' 21.6” E 132.74 feet; thence along Parcel 3 S 64○ 44' 38.4” E 32.06 feet; thence along Parcel 3 S 40○ 44' 31.7” E 51.22 feet; thence along Parcel 3 S 49○ 15' 28.3” W 3.98 feet; thence along Parcel 3 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius 315.00 feet and an arc length of 131.96 feet with a chord bearing S 37○ 15' 24.9” W 130.99 feet; thence along Parcel 3 S 25○ 15' 21.6” W 16.79 feet; thence along Parcel 3 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 15.00 feet and an arc length of 17.24 feet with a chord bearing of S 07○ 40' 37.8” E 16.31 feet to a point on Station Street; thence along the western right of way line N 40○ 36' 37.2”W, 29.39 feet to a point on Station Street; thence along the western right-of-way line of a curve deflecting to the left with a radius of 300.00 feet and an arc length of 59.61 feet with a chord bearing of N 46○ 18' 08.8” W 59.51 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 9,945 square feet, (0.228 acres) to be dedicated for street purposes and utilities.
(c) Public Road C - Part of Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots:
All that certain lot or piece of ground to be known as Public Road C, having a 50' Right-of-Way, and as shown on Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bound and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point along the Eastern Right-of-Way line of Collins Avenue and the Northern corner of Parcel 2 of Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots thence N 25○ 15' 21.6” E 70.00 feet; thence along Parcel 3 by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 10.00 feet and an arc length of 15.71 feet with a chord bearing of S 19○ 44' 38.4” E 14.14'; thence along Parcel 3 S 64○ 44' 38.4” E 155.27 feet; thence along the Western line of Parcel 3 S 25○ 15' 21.6” W 50.00 feet; thence along the Northern line of Parcel 2 N 64○ 44' 38.4” W 155.27 feet; thence by a curve deflecting to the left a radius of 10.00 feet and an arc length of 15.71 feet with a chord bearing of S 70○ 15' 21.6” W 14.14 to the place of beginning, having an area of 8,306 square feet, (0.191 acres) to be dedicated for street purposes and utilities.
Section 2. The grading, paving, lighting, curbing and traffic signalization of the streets listed in Section 1 are hereby accepted.
