Section 1 of Resolution No. 907, effective April 20, 1983, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for architectural/engineering services and/or a contract or contracts for construction in connection with alterations to Special Populations Program Centers to accommodate the physically handicapped at an aggregate cost not to exceed $69,666.09; chargeable to and payable from Code Account CDLB 82-09, 4-13-95-0002-82-039-82-13, Index Code #433854.

is hereby amended to read as follows:

                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for architectural/engineering services and/or a contract or contracts for construction in connection with alterations to Special Populations Program Centers to accommodate the physically handicapped at an aggregate cost not to exceed $68,729.85; chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
