Resolution amending Resolution 410-2024, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Social Pinpoint for EngagePGH online engagement platform subscription with enhanced translation, by increasing the total amount by Ten Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($10,672.00) at a cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($124,972.00) over five (5) years, subject to future appropriation by City Council.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 410-2024, “The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Social Pinpoint for EngagePGH online engagement platform subscription with enhanced translation, at a cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($114,300) over five (5) years” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Social Pinpoint for EngagePGH online engagement platform subscription with enhanced translation, by increasing the total amount by Ten Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($10,672.00) at a cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($124,972.00) over five (5) years, subject to future appropriation by City Council.
