Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 891 of 2002, as amended, entitled "Adopting and Approving the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program and approving the 2003 through 2008 Capital Improvement Program" by amending various line items to reflect actual expenditures and by adding the amounts to a new line item entitled "2004 Capital Budget".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, entitled "Adopting and Approving the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program and approving the 2003 through 2008 Capital Improvement Program" by amending various line items which presently read as per attachment, Column A to reflect actual expenditures and by adding the amounts to a new line item entitled "2004 Capital Budget".
Is hereby amended to read as per attachment, Column B.
