Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps numbered 7, 12 and 13 by changing various zoning district classifications in the South Side community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps numbered 7, 12 and 13, of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:

 

1.                     From "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial, "GI" General Industrial and "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District to "PO" Park and Open Space all that certain property bounded by:  South 25th Street, lots numbered 24 and 35, block 12-H in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, South 24th Street, lot number 50, block 12-C in the aforesaid system, South 23rd Street, lots numbered 30 and 10, block 12-C in the aforesaid system, South 22nd Street, lot number 160, block 12-B in the aforesaid system, South 21st Street, lots numbered 220, 90, 72 and 225, block 12-B in the aforesaid system, South 19th Street, lot number 3, block 12-A in the aforesaid system, South 18th Street, lot number 100, block 12-A in the aforesaid system, South 17th Street, lot number 130, block 12-A in the aforesaid system, South 16th Street, lots numbered 150 and 75, block 3-D in the aforesaid system, South 13th Street, lot number 40, block 3-D in the aforesaid system, South 12th Street, lots numbered 297 and 295, block 3-G in the aforesaid system, South 10th Street, lot number 246, block 3-G in the aforesaid system, South 9th Street and the Monongahela River, 16th and 17th Wards.
