Resolution further amending Resolution No. 881/2001, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2001 Capital Budget and the 2001 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2001 through 2006 Capital Improvement Program", and last amended in Resolution No. 596/2003, by decreasing Trail Development by $110,000 from $1,562,374 to $1,452,374.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 881, effective January 1, 2001, and last amended by Resolution No. 596, effective July 23, 2003, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 881, effective January 1, 2001, and last amended by Resolution No. 596, effective July 23, 2003, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
