Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 410, effective August 20, 2004, entitled “Providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements; providing for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the restoration of the Highland Park Entrance & Fountain; and further providing for the payment of the cost thereof,” by increasing the total project allocation by $26,137.79 from $15,250.00 to $41,387.79.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 410, effective August 20, 2004, which presently reads as follows: " The Mayor or the Director of the Department of General Services, and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts or to use existing Contracts, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, and to purchase materials and supplies in connection with the restoration of the Highland Park Entrance & Fountain, at a cost not to exceed $15,250.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

is hereby amended to read as follows:
