Resolution amending Resolution 903-2021, authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Public Works and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an amended agreement or agreements and amendments thereto with Cartegraph, now doing business as OpenGov Inc., to meet the needs of the City of Pittsburgh, by increasing the approved amount by Eighty Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Forty Cents ($80,644.40) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed One Million Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($1,843,794.52) over ten years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Resolution 903-2021, “Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Public Works to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. (“Cartegraph”) in order to extend the term of an existing agreement or agreements for an additional three and a half (3 ½) years in order to continue licensing software and to continue purchasing maintenance, subscription, cloud hosting, and professional services. Terms and conditions included in the original agreement or agreements procured through CoStars may be agreed upon by the parties to extend to the amendment(s). The general objective is to continue the use of Cartegraph for asset management and work order management software services used by the Department of Public Works and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. Cartegraph is also used to manage internal building maintenance requests for the entire City and to manage inventory for Public Works and Citiparks. The cost of all licenses and services purchased shall not exceed One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, One Hundred Fifty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,763,150.12) contingent upon annual appropriation by City Council” is hereby amended as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an amended agreement or agreements and amendments thereto with Cartegraph, now doing business as OpenGov Inc., in order to extend the term of an existing agreement or agreements in order to continue licensing software and to continue purchasing maintenance, subscription, cloud hosting, and professional services. Terms and conditions included in the original agreement or agreements procured through CoStars may be agreed upon by the parties to extend to the amendment(s). Section 2.                     The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 3.                     Any Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
