Title
An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Garfield community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:
1. From "PO" Park and Open Space to "H" Hillside District all that certain property bounded by: Mossfield Street and Mora Way, 10th Ward.
2. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit, Low Density, "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density and "PO" Park and Open Space to "R1D-M" Residential Single-Unit Detached Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Mossfield Street, Mora Way, Mossfield Street, Schenley Avenue, lot number 200, block 50-D in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Breesport Street, lot number 200, block 50-D in the aforesaid system, the "RP" Zoning District boundary line located north of Hillcrest Street and east of North Mathilda Street between lot number 260, block 50-F in the aforesaid system and North Evaline Street, North Evaline Street, Gretna Way, lot number 240, block 50-F in the aforesaid system, Hillcrest Street, North Mathilda Street and Luzerne Street, 10th Ward.
3. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density and "PO" Park and Open Space to "H" Hillside District all that certain property bounded by: Mossfield Street, Luzerne Street, North Mathilda Street, lots numbered 24, 24A, 23, 25, 26, 28 and 30, block 50-E in the aforesaid system, Reno Way, lots numbered 68 and 66, block 50-E in the aforesaid system, Kincaid Street and lot number 165, block 50-E in the aforesaid system, 10th Ward.
4. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R1D-M" Residential Single-Unit Detached, Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Mossfield Street, lot number 167, block 50-E in the aforesaid system and North Mathilda Street, 10th Ward.
5. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density to "R1A-H" Residential Single-Unit Attached High Density all that certain property bounded by: North Mathilda Street, Hillcrest Street, North Millvale Avenue and Gem Way, 10th Ward.
6. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit, Low Density and "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R1D-H" Residential Single-Unit Detached, High Density (except for the property located between Hillcrest Street, North Atlantic Avenue, Brown Way and North Pacific Avenue that is being rezoned "H") all that certain property bounded by: Hillcrest Street, lot number 260, block 50-F in the aforesaid system, Gretna Way, North Pacific Avenue, the "RP" Zoning District boundary line located west of Columbo Street and southwest of Schenley Avenue between North Pacific Avenue and North Atlantic Avenue, North Atlantic Avenue, Columbo Street, Fannel Street, lot number 200, block 50-D in the aforesaid system, Cornwall Street, lot number 200, block 50-D in the aforesaid system, On Way, Fork Way, Warble Street, lot number 200, block 50-D in the aforesaid system, McNinch Way, Elora Way, Jordan Way, North Aiken Avenue, Gem Way, lot number 231, block 50-L in the aforesaid system, the "LNC" Zoning District boundary line located north of Penn Avenue between Gem Way and North Atlantic Avenue, North Atlantic Avenue, the "LNC" Zoning District boundary line located north of Penn Avenue between North Atlantic Avenue and North Millvale Avenue and North Millvale Avenue, 10th Ward.
7. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "H" Hillside District all that certain property bounded by: Hillcrest Street, North Atlantic Avenue, Brown Way and North Pacific Avenue, 10th Ward.
8. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit Low Density to "R3-M" Residential Three Unit Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Black Street, lots numbered 116 and 94, block 83-E in the aforesaid system, North Fairmount Street, Janet Way and North Aiken Avenue, 10th Ward.

From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit Low Density and "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R3-M" all that certain property bounded by: Black Street, North Negley Avenue, Columbo Street, lots numbered 29, 28, 26 and 24, block 83-F in the aforesaid system, lots numbered 148, 147, 146, 145, 144, 143, 141, 140, 138, 137, 136 and 116, block 83-E in the aforesaid system, 10th Ward.
10. From "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial to "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: North Negley Avenue, lots numbered 247, 159, 161, 163 and 230, block 83-J in the aforesaid system, 10th Ward.
11.
