Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-Of-Way phases of the 28th Street Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,975,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($145,000.00) from the previously executed agreement for costs associated with the Final Design phase of the project, reimbursable at ninety five percent, to be paid from the following accounts:
