Resolution providing for the filing of a petition or petitions for the sale of certain property or properties acquired at tax sales in accordance with Act No. l7l of l984, “Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act”, effective December 11, 1984.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County for the sale of the following property or properties, acquired at tax sales in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984.  The advertisement of sale and deed to contain a stipulation that the property is being sold subject to all zoning, building and subdivision laws and ordinances,  the terms and conditions of the Treasurer's Sale Proposal to Purchase and Addendum thereto, and the cost of the Court proceedings to be paid from Special Trust Fund, Three Taxing Bodies.  Any and All properties contained in this Resolution may be the subject of advertising for sale by the Finance Department.

Section  2.  Be it further resolved that said conveyance shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

A.                     All state and local transfer taxes, if any, shall be paid by the purchaser.

 

B.                     All property closing costs shall be paid by the purchaser.
