Resolution accepting the dedication of Dahlem Place in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, and accepting the grading, paving, lighting, sidewalks and curbing, in the 12th Ward, 9th Council District.

Whereas, the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication of a certain street known as Dahlem Place in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for public highway and utility purposes;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The dedication of the following street and utilities, including storm, sanitary and water lines, is hereby accepted:
ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate in the 12th Ward of the City Of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being herein more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being located at a monument in the sidewalk at the northeastern corner of the intersection of East Liberty Boulevard (aka Dahlem Street) and Dahlem Place, as shown on File Drawing 2-10-4392-A, Revision 2, dated March 15, 1974, "Penn-Dahlem Project - Parcel No. D-2, Land Disposition Map", Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, prepared by Michael Baker Jr., Inc., and running thence:
(1) South 43° 46' 25" east along the northerly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 217.12 feet; thence
(2) South 47° 19' 06" east along northerly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 198.36 feet; thence
(3) Along a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 100.00 feet, an arc length of 52.36 feet; thence
(4) South 77° 19' 06" east along the northerly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 73.20 feet; thence
(5) South 47° 19' 06" east along the easterly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 60.00 feet; thence
(6) North 2° 30' 00" west along the easterly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 65.87 feet; thence
(7) South 87° 30' 00 west along the southerly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 75.52 feet; thence
(8) North 47° 19' 06" west along the westerly boundary of the right of way of Dahlem Place a distance of 543.44 feet to an old iron pin located in the southeastern corner of the intersection of East Liberty Boulevard and Dahlem Place; thence
(9) Along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 199.52 feet an arc length of 10.84 feet, and a chord bearing north 10° 13' 46" east; thence
(10) Along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 603.80 feet an arc length of 63.45 feet to the place of beginning.
Containing 0.851 acres more or less.
Section 2. The grading, paving, lighting, sidewalks and curbing and the storm, sanitary and water facilities of Dahlem Place are hereby accepted.
