Resolution further amending Resolution No. 164, effective March 29, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Ellsworth Avenue Business Association for the purchase and installation of business corridor improvements, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof" by increasing the amount for the Decorative Lights line item from $77,580 to $84,580 and increasing the total amount from $85,571 to $92,571.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 164, effective March 29, as amended, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Ellsworth Avenue Business Association, to purchase and install along the Ellsworth Avenue business corridor, improvements consisting of decorative light fixtures, an electrical system, and planters at a cost not to exceed Eighty-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-One Dollars ($85,571.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts in the Neighborhood Needs Program.
